SHIPPING/ TERMS
 
  1. We aim to despatch all items same working day, if purchased and paid before 12:00 noon.
  2. There are different deliveries options mentioned in there respective listing like normal Royal mail (2-3 days), first class recorded (2-3 days) or other 24 hour carrier (interlink Express /1-2 days) depends on the weight, volume of the item & postal zone.
  3. Ask for postage cost if you have any confusion relating the delivery charges, delivery zone, delivery time etc etc. Though we have kept it very simple but still you don’t need to worry if you select it wrong, we will be in touch with you to pay the balance amount before processing your order
  4. Ask for international delivery charges BEFORE purchase.
  5. We are not carrier company, so we are not responsible for any of there action, delays or weather conditions.
  6. Item will be despatched to PayPal / Card verified address.
  7. We don't offer any collection or same day delivery.
  8. The "available quantity", shown online listing may vary as we have different avenues of selling.
  9. If the auction is for “GENUINE” item then you will receive a genuine item or if the auction is for “AFTER MARKET” brand then you will receive some reputable brand.
  10. We are VAT registered UK based company, so all our prices includes VAT at current applicable rate.
  11. We always there to sort out any issues related to your purchase, like delays in delivery, warranty, etc etc, so please be in touch with us to mutually sort out any unforeseen issue.
  12. We always appreciate if you leave a contact number at your check out, Just in case if carrier’s driver needs to contact you for directions or you not being responding from the door to get your delivery. But they are not bound to call you, if no one responds from the door.
  13. Please make sure you would be available AT THE ADDRESS during the day time to accept your parcel:
 
 
(a)  In CASE of ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY, they will leave a card to collect from there depot while you are not in.
(b)  In CASE of Other 24 hour carrier service they will also only attempt once and will leave a card, then you could collect from there local depot with in 48 hours, for every re attempt or redirection, there will be EXTRA £9 WHICH YOU WOULD NEED TO PAY US BEFORE ANY RE-ATTEMPT, that is what carrier charge us.

RETURN POLICY

We have strong belief in good customer care and we always try to resolve any issues with customer in polite, friendly and professional way, until and unless it’s a genuine problem and not being propagated with any intention of scam.
 
We aim to act on our quality policy statement “to supply good quality parts every time and on time” but there is a possibility you might come across any of the following condition.
 
WRONG PURCHASE:
 
If you have bought some wrong part by selecting wrong car details or prior to diagnosis of your car, you can return it to us with in 7 days of purchase: But

 · You have to write us before returning the item to get the authorization and return address.

 · Item has to be returned in original condition, with all ancillaries, tags & original invoice.

 · Customer will be responsible for return postage, its proper & safe packing.

 · There will be a deduction of 25% from the original price paid, for restocking and handling(if you return item after 7 days - subjected to approval).
 
FAULTY PRODUCT:
 
We have selected our suppliers with great care and procurement is on long term relationship, our customer’s fault complains ratio is less than 1%.

All our products are covered by manufacturer’s 12 months warranty, so any item if fails or not performing the purpose can be return to us within this period, on receiving the item we will conduct a inspection to conform that part belongs to us and if it fails due to manufacturing fault or customers inappropriate handling, In case of customers fault there will be no replacement or refund.
 
IN CORRECT ORDER:
 
We do our listings on the principle of “right first time”, so there has been immense care taken on listing the parts and there application. But still if you come across:

In an event of “wrong pick” from the shelf (which is very unlikely event), you can contact us by writing email conforming the part number you receive & we will bare all the postage cost to exchange the unit with correct one, with a big note of “SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE”.

We do our listing with great care and in light of immense experience, but still we will not accept any sort of responsibility of part selection by customer, which is customer’s responsibility. In case of any confusion you can ask us before purchase by sending complete car details.

In any case we (seller) is not responsible for any loss (financial or what so ever), damage, labour cost UNTILL customer’s CLAIM is proved.
 
AS NORMALLY WE DON’T ENTERTAIN FOLLOWING CLAIMS:

1. In case customer bought wrong part by selecting wrong car from the listing details, and now asking for return postage, labour or any claim.

2. In case customer bought a FILTER KIT from us but come back and complaining about having some problem with suspension as a result of fitting filter kit.

In Case of “REFUND APPROVED” It will take 7-14 working days for refund to get processed from the date of “returned item received by us through recorded delivery”
 
Once we receive your “returned” item we will be in touch with you to establish the problem and will try to resolve it.
